We provide an online open marketplace connecting two types of members – the customer who needs to outsource service to be done and the service provider who wants to earn money working on tasks.
We supports task contracts between members guaranteed services and payments and a friendly Support Team ready to help.
How do I create an account?
Our sign up process is quick and easy – it only takes 90 seconds! You can sign up using your email address, or with a Facebook or Google account. click on top right yellow button
What information is needed to get started?
You can start using our platform as soon as you’ve signed up, however, there are some things you will be prompted to provide when you use certain features. This can include verifying your mobile number and providing your bank details or payment method so you can make and receive payments. Please be assured that all your details are secure and protected with the utmost care.
Who is a service provider?
A service provider is a person or company who can complete tasks for other people. They are an independent contractor who holds member accounts, just as customers on the platform do. Â
If you want to be a service provider, simply create and account for free and start browsing through tasks that you’re able to complete. Keep in mind that you’ll need to be over 18, and have local working rights. For more information, check out our terms and conditions
Once you’re signed up, you can make offers on service request, telling the customer why you’re the best person to complete the task. If a task is assigned to you, you’re then able to start a conversation with the customer via private messaging and arrange further details about completing the task.Â
Who is a customer?
A customer is a person who’s looking to get tasks completed, whether it’s in person or online.Â
A customer can either browse through the listings to book a Tasker or they can post and assign a service provider to complete their task.Â
